Vienda Bridge

The Vienda Bridge leads into the city of Vienda across the Arova River.
Description
This monumental bridge was once made of solid granite, carved by ancient human civilizations long forgotten in the annals of history. A generation of patient spellwork has turned the stone to lustrous white marble, gleaming in the sun. One hundred feet wide and over half a mile long, it is an impressive and unmistakeable sight.
Although the river flows underneath, the culture on the Vienda Bridge has deep roots. The bridge is so wide that many have taken up permanent residence there, living in single-story tents or rude huts, with plenty space left in the middle for caravans and travelers to pass through. These bridge residents (jokingly referred to as "trolls" by some) participate in the economy, selling souvenirs or artisan handiwork to passers-by.
At the end of the bridge is the city gate, flanked by two enormous guard towers. Atop these towers, bright green and gold banners flutter in the wind, welcoming all into the city.
