Middleton

The second housing district in Qrieth for the wealthier entrepreneurial galdori, Middleton is a little more lavish than Lowerton. The carved stone is not polished, but there is extensive use of gemstone and glass mosaic work in the main laneways and houses. The centre of Middleton hosts a small district meeting point that contains a rather worn statuette of Aminark Giore, that passersby will often leave flowers that they have collected from Imaans Carverns. Houses are a little larger here, allowing two to three bedrooms, a loungeroom and a combined dining room and kitchen. Most houses also incorporate a small bathroom. Occupants here are usually workers who have moved up in the ladder, or lower level government agents, entertainers and performers. Some passives do live here, but they are sparse.
Places of Note:
- The Gioran Lodge - a modest inn that can support up to five visitors at a time. Provides limited room service in the way of breakfast. A small front room serves dinner for the guests, usually a fairly average selection. Has a bar, which is decent.
- Town Hall - a small clearing in the centre of the district that houses a well worn statuette of Aminark Giore. Used for district meetings and sometimes a quick prayer.
