Hulali is the prime god of Mugroba, the aspect of the fish. He is referred to sometimes as the God of All Waters.
Mugrobi mythology shows Hulali as the kindest of the gods, slow to anger and forgiving of mistakes. Though he might punish wrongdoers with the strength of storms, the sky always clears and the ocean is ever present as an abundant source of life and wonder. Because much of Mugroba's economy and culture is centered along the rivers and the ocean, the Great Ocean is seen as the beginning and end of all life, a birthplace and final resting place for mankind.
