Male, 36. A theoretical sorcerer who is currently studying passive genetics with Professor Devlin. He is a polite and intelligent man who manages to remain somewhat respected despite the controversial nature of his work. Unfortunately, he is also prone to distraction and is slightly awkward in galdori social situations. However, his attitude towards passives is comfortable and respectful, which is why he is the unofficial passive liaison for the project. Harper has wavy reddish-brown hair, freckles and glasses. He works in the Parford Wing of the Sciences building, in Laboratory Beta.
