The surgery is part of a terrace which makes up the north-east side of '''Friar Road''', and is located in the Dives. Dr. Puegsti operates out of this small building, living on the first floor and administering medical treatment to the human population of Vienda on the ground floor.

The building is furnished with dark oak and has comfortable waiting room seating, though room only for five to wait at any one time. While this setup may not be ideal, it means the ground rent is not so prohibitively high, and in turn the patients do not have to pay quite so much for their health care.

The main entrance is a double door to keep the wind out, particularly in the winter months which marks the doctors busy season.

Once inside there is an oak coffee table in the middle of the waiting room, and seating at each side. At the back is the desk, upon which the doctorkeeps his smoking apparatus, appointment records and books. One door in the room leads to a bathroom, and another to a deceptively soundproof examination room. The examination door is noisy and tends to slam shut.

The shopkeeper's bell rings as you open the door, left over from the previous owner. It sounds somewhat out of place, but before you notice it you are confronted with a strong disinfectant smell, which barely covers the aroma of old smoke and opium.
