Estua was the capitol city of Roannah.
Currently, little is known about the city, but in obscure histories it is cited as the site of the binding of the first grimoire, the Balshem Tome. It is the first stronghold of galdori. Since the War of the Book, it is defunct, and sealed off from the rest of the world by an Everspell.
