The Black Hand tribe is a nomadic wick tribe in Anaxas. It is led by Durg Fairvine.
Those who have had dealings with Black Hand know that the tribe is somewhat less than ethical in their business practices. Many refuse to deal with the tribe for fear of being swindled. Black Handers are said to be more violent and unpredictable than wicks from other tribes.
Black Hand is reported to have atheist tendencies, but this information is not verified. Most Black Handers will not speak about their tribe to outsiders.
