The Wraithwine Wood is a large forest in eastern Anaxas, north of Brunnhold and Vienda. Its thick canopy prevents almost any light from coming through to the forest floor; for this reason, many believe the woods to be dangerous or even haunted. However, the residents of Dorhaven use the forest as their primary source of food and wood, and feel quite at home among the trees, even building treehouses in the forest.

Two mythic beasts make their home in the forest: the Vradire and the exceedingly rare Aerra. There is a rumour that the woods are populated with hatchers; however, this is likely unfounded, since most Anaxi hatchers live in the area south of Anhai Valley.
