Surwood Isle is an island on the Arova River, north of Brunnhold and south of Vienda. It is the location for the annual, month-long Wick Festival. During the remainder of the year, several tribes of wicks stay on the island, preparing for the festivities.

The island is densely wooded. A manmade clearing in the center provides adequate cover from the outside world, and insulation - the festival can get so loud that the noise can be heard for miles around, and it is thought that without the trees, the sound would travel all the way to Vienda.

Not much wildlife is present on the island due to the hunting that goes on during the yearly festival. However, the whice is commonly found in the trees, and has become a popular pet for wicks.
