The Woods and Winds Symphatic Orchestra

Led by composer and conductor Thaddicus G. Warrenstone, the Woods and Winds Symphatic holds true to its name, by reducing the size of their percussion, brass, and strings and amping up their woodwinds. The orchestra consists of two piccolos, eight flutes, six oboes, seven clarinets in B-flat, A, three clarinets in E-flat, two Hessean horns, three bass clarinets, six bassoons, and three contrabassoons. In addition to the rather enormous woodwinds, the orchestra includes a timpani, snare, and bass drum, a glockenspiel, xylophone, chimes, a modest organ, one harp, five violins I, four violins II, six violas, five double basses, and four violoncellos.

While the W. W. Symphatic cannot generally be hired to play normal symphonies, so imbalanced is their orchestra, Mr. Warrenstone is so prolific in his writings and interpretations, they perform their shows to much applaud and profit.

Mr. Warrenstone, however, is a rather insufferable braggart, causing Performance Arts Critic for the Kingsway Post, Angela Tinsthorpe, to write, "Though elegant and masterful, the Woods and Winds Symphatic is as full of wind as the composer himself. A delight for the whole family. Five Stars."
