Event Description
Professor Harper Moore asks Cicely Rogers if she has felt "passive fields" in her position as Matron Superior. While she initially denies it, Harper insists. Mrs. Rogers admits to sensing something, and they both agree that there's something not yet understood about the passive condition, something with dangerous implications for not just the passives themselves but the rest of the world.
