Soliloquy Lane

Soliloquy Lane, of all the places in Vienda, is perhaps most deserving of it's name.
Located nearly in the center of The Dives, Soliloquy Lane is generally avoided by the general public in all but the most desperate of times. A simple lane of houses, half-hazed from runoff emanating from The Soot District, the whole of the place looks fairly normal. Just simple, dull bricked streets, pale cream houses all of the same shade, and a small garden here or there, stained dark by the smog. The cleanest portion of this district is a small park area, which is more like a sitting area of about six tables, stark white against the dull colors of the area.
The simple appearance of Soliloquy Lane belies the truth behind the rumors: this is a place known for harboring desperate criminals. Whether you're a rogue vigilante, a member of the freedom fighters, or even a Bad Brother, you can generally find refuge among the houses here. Many clandestine deals have been made along this street, and many last words and dying screams have echoed off the cobbles.
A rumor has risen, repeated among humans at bars and on quiet street corners - Jon Serro has been recently spotted on Soliloquy Lane.
