Kingdoms Of Anaxas And Bastia
Ophus of AT 2719 is perhaps warmer than the year before, but much, much wetter. Blizzard conditions, thick snow, and harsh winds confront the Sister Kingdoms early in the last month of the year as well as at the end, with the last week before Clock's Eve on Intas first practically buried in wet snow and frigid temperatures
Ophus 1st is Dally Day in the Kingdom of Anaxas, a human-made holiday that mandates a day off of work and is usually filled with the most ridiculous of sales.
The shortest day of the year, Winter Solstice is observed to occur on Ophus 10.
Kingdom Of Hesse
While the wind and cold climb over the mountains that divide Anaxas from Hesse, the snow does not. Hesse spends Ophus wind-burned and icy with even drakes having difficulty flying in the constantly stormy conditions. With trade routes still disrupted, even from sea because of the winds, the kingdom of gold suffers a difficult, hungry winter.
Kingdom of Hox
In the month of Ophur, the sun barely rises for more than half a house (one and a half hours) each day. Cloaked in darkness and buried under thick layers of snow, the kingdom all but shuts itself in for the rest of winter.
Kingdom of Gior
Much like Hox, the high altitudes of Gior receive heavy coats of snow, but the overall winter is much dryer than the northernmost kingdom. The winds are deadly in the Gioran peaks, but the valleys are sheltered and comfortable. Isolated by the deadly cold temperatures, Gior spends the winter keeping to itself.
Kingdom of Mugroba
Ophus in Mugroba is, relatively speaking, still quite hot, though the evenings drop below freezing and the mornings occasionally have a nip of frost, especially in the north and western parts of the kingdom. A bit more rain falls during this time of year than usual, and the high winds roaring across the desert whip up some very serious sandstorms.
