Low Judge Ogden

Mars Ogden is Low Judge of the Court of Anaxas. He is perhaps best known for his close friendship with High Judge Azmus; it is rumored that he is even in the employ of Azmus, due to the fact that he rarely contests Azmus' rulings and often supports highly controversial bills proposed by the High Judge to the detriment of his own reputation. Ogden seems to have few opinions and thoughts of his own.
In the press, he is mocked by a variety of nicknames, such as Hold-Your-Coat Ogden and Low Judge Henchman because of his willingness to defer to Azmus in nearly every situation imaginable.
