Event Description
After the near-fatal beating of one passive at the hands of another, the increased abuse in the passive wards is finally brought to light. Those involved are interviewed by Harper Moore and Castor Devlin, in an attempt to get to the heart of the matter. Ophelia Servalis orders a shakedown of the ward, in an attempt to prevent future such incidents.
